One wonders, a chef with star experience and Palatinate cuisine?
Well, this concept is not entirely new, but perhaps this is how Helmut Kohl's quote "This country needs a spiritual-moral turnaround" from 1980 can be understood in the Palatine sense.

We have the ambition to redesign food, service and ambience and not to neglect the Palatinate roots, but to bring them into the modern age.

Chef de cuisine


After my apprenticeship, I prepared mainly Mediterranean and French cuisine in various middle-class and award-winning establishments.
From 2009 to 2014 I was self-employed with my own restaurant and then took over the management of two kitchens in Munich as Executive Chef until 2018.

In the same year, as a duo with a colleague, I achieved 6+ pans in Gusto, 14 points in Gault Millau and an Assiette in the Guide Michelin.

With the ambition to win a star, I am now head chef at the Kipperhof and would like to combine the Palatinate cuisine with my cooking style.

Nach meinen Ausbildungen zum Hotelfachmann im hessischen Taunus und als Diplom-Hôtelier und Restaurateur einer schweizer Hotelfachschule bin ich in der Leitung diverser Boutique-Hotels in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz und im Management gehobener Restaurants an der amerikanischen Ostküste tätig gewesen.
Mit dem Anspruch meinen Gästen einen exzellenten und herzlichen Service zu bieten bin ich nun Serviceleiter hier im Kipperhof.
